Pastor Alan Barajikian joined the staff of Lansdowne Alliance Church as Senior Pastor on April 1, 2007. Pastor Alan and his wife, Esther, are graduates of Nyack College in New York State. They have been blessed with three children - Heather, who lives with her husband and son in Lynchburg, VA; Andrew, a senior at Nyack College; and Hope, a sophomore at Liberty University.

Pastor Alan and Esther spent their first 16 years of ministry serving with Children's Bible Fellowship of New York. During this time they touched the hearts and lives of children and young adults with physical and developmental disabilities. In 1996 the Barajikians moved to Roanoke, Virginia where Pastor Alan served as Youth Pastor. During this time of service, Pastor Alan completed his ordination with the Christian & Missionary Alliance.

From 2001 - March 2007 he served as Youth Pastor at the Portsmouth Alliance Church, also in Virginia. While in Portsmouth, Esther completed her graduate work at Old Dominion University and earned her special education teaching license.
