We are the Christian and Missionary Alliance
In 1911 at the Canadian Bible Conference, the founder of the Christian and Missionary Alliance declared that "Evangelization is not merely a duty today; it is a tremendous emergency..." The Christian and Missionary Alliance has heard this call and has acted to give the Gospel to every tribe and tongue. At least 81 countries have C&MA work going on within their borders being done by nearly 900 workers appointed by the C&MA in the states. This number does not include the great number of missionaries that are being sent out from national C&MA churches overseas.
What we are saying is that missions is a priority to us and will always be. We do not view world missions as a good idea but as essential to our call. Here at Lansdowne Alliance, we have personally sent out missionaries from among our numbers. We love and support them in their work.
